Earth Day Solar Observing April 26, 2009 Bayonet Farm in Holdmel

S*T*A*R members will host a public solar observing session as part of the Earth Day celebrations at the Bayonet Farm park in Holmdel (on Middletown Road near the intersection with Stilwell Road).  Setup time is 11am, event is Noon till 5pm.  Come see sun spots and solar flares live from our closest star!

Astronomy Night November 20, 2008 Mill Lake Elementary School in Monroe Township

Mill Lake Elementary School in Monroe Township is holding their annual Astronomy Night on Novemeber 20th. They have asked if we could set up several telescopes for the students and parents. Please post if you can help.
