"Location: Blackberry Bay Park, Oceanport NJ

Star Members: Dan Pontone, Morgan Kavanaugh, John Gasparini, Joe Casella, Charles Kirby, Don & Eric Odegard, Larry Campbell, Sue Rifkin, Sherry Case, with a total of 69" of aperture.

Weather: Clear about 35 degrees

Attendance: Estimated at 300+, at times there were 30 - 50 people waiting in line to look at Saturn, the Moon, M42, and other delights.

Reaction: The girls, siblings and parents all thought it was really great, and want to know when the next star party is going to be held."
